JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KFVS) - Governor Mike Parson declared Saturday, June 15 at St. Louis Blues Day throughout Missouri.

Gov. Parson tweeted on Friday that it was in celebration of the Blues’ first-ever Stanley Cup victory.

The governor’s proclamation partially reads: “Whereas, the midst of tornadoes, floods and other natural disasters in the State of Missouri, Blues fans continued to express passion for their favorite team one game after the other...”
